Solution: Replace the 28 coils in the two Carrier YVAA0273DGF46. The project engineers contacted Rahn industries to explore their options for upgrading and replacing their coils. Rahn Industries engineering team developed copper tube/ aluminum fin replacements for the microchannel coils.
The hotel expects to have twice the life expectancy as well as significant increase in operational efficiency with the tube/fin coils. The hotel was elated with the coils and find it very rewarding to increase customer comfort while enjoying significant operational cost reduction.
